Beginning of the END - (of life event for Hygiene Sensors) (11/02/2021):
For the past year, Field Services and Support have been finding creative ways to communicate which rooms still needed equipment placement after an End of Life Event (EOL). We cleaned that up! Now we can mark which devices on the Disconnect Device Report are awaiting safe replacement after an EOL.

Which Asset is The Right Asset? (11/04/2021):
No more clerical headaches! Resolved an issue where asset lists uploaded duplicate ‘device types’ without validating against a universal asset list.
Is This Content Safe for Work? (11/04/2021):
This isn’t a question we need to ask with our new Asset Tracking tablets. The team devised a repeatable process to lock these devices down so they can only be used for one thing: finding your lost assets.

Raw Ardent Data (11/02/2021):
Provided Ardent access to their raw data. All data sets were provided to respective Facility SFTP folders... High priority delivery, but I'm afraid I don't have a way to make this sound cooler.
