Role Models (05/09/2022)
In the ‘room view’ of the SwipeSense Hand Hygiene Dashboard, you can currently view the Staff Member, User Role, and the details for the Hygiene Event. We updated the .CSV export to add a column for User Role. Now end users can organize all viewable data in this dashboard for additional insights.

I'm Seeing Double! (5/10/2022)
It has been reported that in certain situations end users were seeing duplicated data in the SwipeSense Dashboard when viewing Hand Hygiene opportunities. We determined that a very specific set of steps will recreate this issue and the likely location of the problem in our library. A permanent solution for this will be handled in future enhancements to our dashboard. Until that time, we are requesting that the End User resolve this problem, by refreshing their page while in the dashboard. Please help us to deliver this message if the customer voices any concerns.
I am Sens(or)ing a Disturbance in the DDR (05/05/2022)
An investigation was requested to look into why certain hygiene sensors were installed at one facility but showing up on the Disconnected Device Report for a different facility. The entire team exhausted all of our brain power and resources to come to the conclusion that… we aren’t quite sure what happened. But we do feel reasonably confident that the problem does not lie in the code. Because the footprint to this is small, and we have a manual solution, we will continue to monitor the mystery and see if more clues are presented. Until then, if you see any examples of this, contact support with the appropriate information so it can be escalated properly.

EMR Evolution (5/05/2022)
Taken from the VOC backlog, this ticket was created to highlight an issue arising at Novant Health, in which the ever changing naming conventions in their EMR_IDs are not being communicated to us. There is not much dev work to be done in this particular situation as the information needed to effectively run the EMR is required to be given to us by the customer. Ticket was researched and closed as there’s no further Development work to be done.
